XScrape Chain chain drive
The XScrape chain is a highly developed chain drive for manure removal. During development, great emphasis was placed on robustness, easy cleaning and low maintenance. By removing the two plastic covers, the system is easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning work. Maintenance and cleaning can be carried out from the ground due to the low height of the drive.
The chain drive is designed for a lay length of up to 190 meters if you choose the chain/rope combination. The user-friendly drive features a unique sprocket, a specially developed chain, a maintenance-free chain tensioner and an adjustable overload protection. With the chain drive you have the opportunity to clean the stable 24 hours a day.
To make operation even easier, the drive can optionally be equipped with a hydraulic automatic tensioner (premium version), which keeps the chain at the correct tension for a long time.
