Shipping policy

Any customs duties or charges that may arise are not included in the shipping costs and must be borne by the buyer.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready for collection and about the available collection options. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including a tracking number.

• Express shipping is available by prior arrangement and for an additional charge. Please use the comment field in your order for this purpose. Our warehouse will then check whether express shipping is possible.
• For orders with a goods value of less than €25, a minimum quantity surcharge of €5.50 will be charged.
• Dangerous goods are shipped for an additional charge (e.g. GEA cleaning agents).

The shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your shopping cart. The following price information is provided as examples of shipping costs and is not binding; actual costs may vary in individual cases. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs retrospectively in special cases (e.g. island surcharge, express shipping, oversized items, dangerous goods).
