Refund policy

Commercial buyers (farmers and entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB)*) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, unlike private consumers (Section 355 BGB in conjunction with Section 13 BGB).

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places an order for purposes that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Please enter the email address used for the order; a PIN will be sent to you by email for login. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal.

• Returns from private customers are accepted within 14 days.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipment.
• Upon return (i.e. receipt at our warehouse), the purchase price will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee, excluding outbound shipping costs.
• Any minimum quantity surcharge incurred is non-refundable.
• Sale items, custom-made products, or software cannot be returned.

* Definition of “entrepreneur” – Section 14 BGB:
"An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.”
