All components in the AutoRotor Magnum 40 work together smoothly to ensure smooth but quick processes. The energy-efficient drive ensures smooth starting and quiet running, the rotary coupling safely supplies the milking technology with vacuum, while at the same time transporting the milk gently towards the cooling center. At the milking station, an optional GEA positioning arm holds the milking cluster at an ergonomic height. This means you can start early, efficiently and comfortably. You also have plenty of time for pre-cleaning and dipping!

Smooth animal traffic according to your wishes
Design the drive according to your choice: With EasyEntry, every animal coming from the waiting yard runs to the next free milking station without stopping. With SingleFlow, each animal enters the platform individually but quickly through the central entrance door. Body-friendly, rounded space dividers direct the cow to the animal-friendly milking place. Together with the chest and neck tubes, they also ensure a precise indexing process. With an installation angle of 40°, the cow stands safely and comfortably in the ideal position. Concentrated feed can be supplied during milking via optional feeding troughs.

First class milking routine
Depending on the equipment, the GEA milking control devices take over milking management for you, including complete stimulation. While the network compares the current milking results with the herd management system, you can keep an eye on the milking-relevant processes on the touchscreen or milking parlor PC.
