The HTW 40 is a two-axle chaff transport wagon with a loading volume of 39 m³. It has a bogie unit with parabolic suspension. A tandem chassis with hydraulic axle compensation is optionally available.
The HTW 40 is equipped as standard with a conical, screwed structure, a transport floor made of steel, a drive on both sides of the transport floor and a hydraulically foldable chopping flap. A hydraulically folding cargo area cover is available upon request. Operation via ISOBUS is possible.
