Perfect filtering and crushing of impurities in manure!

The manure cutting filter filters impurities such as pieces of wood, stones, rubber mat residues and claw residues from the manure in order to avoid disruptions to pumps and system technology. Long fibers in the manure are broken down and create a finer medium. The ideal contaminant separator!

Applications:

• Filters foreign bodies (pieces of wood, stones, etc.) from the manure to avoid accidents and damage to pumps or similar
• Shreds long fiber material for a finer medium
• The offset and hardened cutting edges cause a rolling movement and foreign objects are transported into the storage space

Pumps, separators and other systems are often stressed by contaminants in the medium, especially in the biogas sector. The innovative cutting filter from Stallkamp is aimed precisely at the problem of contaminants and filters or shreds solids from the fermentation substrate. The cutting filter has been in mass production since the beginning of the year.

Foreign bodies such as stones, pieces of wood, etc. are filtered by opposing cutting edges and transported into the storage space. This is particularly easy to empty with a full-side housing flap. Fibers, straw and other impurities are shredded by the counter-rotating blades, thus preventing the pump from seizing up and clogging. The new filter technology not only increases the service life of the pump but also supports subsequent systems such as a separator.

The cutting filter has a motor power of 3 kW, has 2 inputs and 2 outputs and achieves a theoretical delivery rate of up to 50 m³/h. Stallkamp thus offers a cost-effective and innovative solution that pays off.
