The RRW 500 beet cleaning trolley has a DIN loading volume of 50.7 m³. It is equipped with a tridem chassis with hydraulic axle compensation and self-steering (1st and 3rd axle). Electro-hydraulic steering is available as an option, which enables off-track driving (“crab motion”). The permissible total weight is 34 tons on the road or 52 tons in the field.
The RRW 400 is designed for maximum overloading performance with maximum crop protection. The maximum overloading performance is 2100 t/h, the overloading time is around 60 seconds.
The transport floor (longitudinal and transverse transport floor) in the completely welded all-steel tub consists of high-strength link chains with drivers that protect the crop. The overloading conveyor is two meters wide, can be folded in three ways and is equipped with PU drivers that protect the crop.
The standard hydraulics are driven via the tractor's PTO shaft. Operation is carried out via the pilot box as standard. Operation via ISOBUS is also possible.
