Press screw separator PSS 4/5.5-550

The Stallkamp press screw separators are ideal for separating a medium into solid and liquid components. The medium to be separated is located in the sieve basket. The liquid fraction runs through the sieve, with the solid fraction depositing itself on the sieve. This sieve is constantly cleaned from the inside by an armored press screw and the solids are transported towards the ejector. The adjustable counter pressure at the ejection controls the desired dryness of the solid.
The separator is suitable for biogas plants or large companies that regularly want to separate larger quantities of digestate or liquid manure.
