Long shaft high pressure pump

Liquid manure pump with high delivery pressure and shredding function!
The long-wave high-pressure pump pumps, stirs and shreds the liquid manure in one operation.

Standard equipment for long-shaft high-pressure pump:

• Pump housing made of GG material coated with 2-component plastic paint
• Large-volume pump housing that is therefore insensitive to foreign bodies and blockages
• Impeller with top suction and screw feed
• Impeller and feed ring armored with WIDIA carbide
• Pump bearing and sealing with radial shaft seals on acid-proof and hardened special rings
• Drive shaft running in an oil bath, casing tube stainless steel V2A
• Control rod for oil filling in the casing tube
• elastic coupling (only with electric drive)
• Thermal monitoring per phase as overheating protection (only with electric drive)

Applications:

• Primarily in pre-pits
• Ideal for gas-laden manure
• Biomass from biogas plants

Due to their particularly heavy design with powerful electric motors (up to 22 kW/30 HP) or driven by a tractor, Stallkamp long-shaft high-pressure pumps are particularly suitable for use in pre-pits, slurry pits up to 6 m deep, with permanently installed piping systems and flushing lines.
