In the Stallkamp large blade agitator GFR, which was specially developed for viscous materials, the agitator blades are made of high-strength cast polyamide with steel reinforcement. Its large diameter ensures that the mass remains constantly in motion and gases can escape more easily and the heat is evenly distributed in the fermenter - this creates optimal conditions for bacteria. At the same time, very little energy is consumed due to the low speed. The agitator is intended for the following applications:
- Stirring or homogenizing sewage sludge in sewage treatment plants
- Stirring or homogenizing biomass in biogas plants
- Stirring or homogenizing industrial wastewater in industrial plants
