The Feedstar feed belt is a clean and space-saving system solution for the stable.

Robust and hygienic.

The Feedstar feed belt allows animals to eat directly from a belt that is up to 85 m long. The animals can easily access the food across the entire width. Despite a band thickness of only 2.5 mm, the lining band impresses with its enormous robustness. It is made of food-safe and glass fiber reinforced PVC and is resistant to feed acids. With a feeding trough solution, the rations always remain on the belt and any remaining feed is removed from the remaining feed flap, significantly improving hygiene in the stable.

Working principle
The robust and smooth-running winch pulls in the belt while loading feed. After the animals have eaten the feed from the belt, a retractor pulls the belt with the remaining feed out of the stable. The belt is rolled up after the remaining feed has been pushed through the residual feed flap into a collecting pit. Depending on the system, the components can be controlled both automatically and manually.
