Kuhn presented its autonomous feed mixer Aura for herds of up to 280 milking cows plus offspring.

Aura is the first officially presented feeding robot on wheels that autonomously approaches the silos and loads itself using a 50 cm wide silo milling machine. This saves him a lot of time. In addition, there is no need for a bunker system or a separate hall for a silo block supply.

After automatically loading the ration of roughage, silage, mineral and concentrated feed, mix the contents of the 3 m ³ with two vertical augers large container. At the end of the mixing process after time, the 6.92 m long and 2.60 m high machine drives to the stables without a driver. The feed is distributed via a conveyor belt installed transversely at the rear with discharge on both sides. In stables with a feed table, food ends up at the first feeding place.
