Durasoft cow mattress

The Durasoft lying mat consists of a reinforced rubber pad with a 40 mm thick polyurethane mattress underneath and is delivered on rolls.

The support is 3.2 mm thick and has reinforcement. In Royal de Boer's years of practical experience, it has proven to be a particularly long-lasting product. The fine, silk-like structure on the top of the cover mat holds the bedding sufficiently firmly, and this cow mattress is also easy to clean. The cow mattress is attached with strips on all sides to prevent manure and milk residue from accumulating under the mat.

The polyurethane cow mattress with a density of 180 kg/m³ is wrapped in a film when laid so that no moisture can penetrate from the floor. The cow mattress is DLG tested and particularly elastic. When subjected to point loading, the mattress deflects by almost 27 mm. Almost no permanent deformation occurred during the endurance test.

As standard, the mattress has a bed length of 180 cm.
