Bergmann VARIO 400 Wechselsystem
The VARIO 400 chassis for swap bodies with top hitch has a tandem chassis with hydraulic axle compensation and a permissible total weight of 20 to 22 tons. The chassis is also optionally available with a bottom hitch and with self-steering, hydraulic or electronic forced steering.
It is suitable for holding the TSW A 16 spreading body and the HT 35 / HT 35 S chopping body. The bodies are secured using proven twistlock locks, as are also known from the truck sector, swap bodies and shipping. Individual assembly solutions using third-party products are also possible.
The VARIO 400 can be equipped with tires in sizes 22.5 and 26.5 inches.
