The REPEX 360 K is a loading wagon with a loading volume of 33.7 to 35.0 m³, which is designed for the combined use of forage harvesting and as a chaff transport wagon. For soil-friendly field transport - especially on light, boggy soils with low load-bearing capacity - the REPEX can be equipped with large-volume tires with a rim size of 26.5" in addition to the 22.5" tires. The 26.5" tires with their large diameter offer optimal rolling and rollover behavior - especially under difficult operating conditions. The mechanical, parabolic-sprung tandem chassis offers high driving stability in all conditions.
The hydraulically driven, 1,940 mm wide pick-up with two swath rollers makes it easier to pick up the crop cleanly. BERGMANN is the only manufacturer to offer a controlled “ActiveLoad” and an uncontrolled “EasyLoad” pick-up for loading wagons. The user can therefore decide which pick-up best suits his operating conditions.
With a rotor diameter of 750 mm and a cutting unit with 41 knives that achieves a theoretical cutting length of 35 mm, the REPEX is one of the loader wagons with the shortest cut.
The transport floor is made of robust steel as standard and is lowered at the front for better crop flow and lower power requirements.
