Gummystuds rubber studded mat

The Gummystuds studded mat is a rubber mat on wheels that is made entirely of rubber. The mat has rubber studs on the bottom for additional cushioning and better grip. To ensure a balanced relationship between load capacity and tension force, knobs with different diameters and heights were used. The top has a hammered profile which is a good compromise between holding the litter and making it easy to clean. The front and back of the rubber mat slope at an angle so that moisture drains away better.

This rubber mat is available in three heights: 20, 25 and 33 mm. The 20 mm thick version is available in various widths for use in young cattle cubicles. The versions with a thickness of 25 and 33 mm are intended for older young cattle and large cattle.

The rubber mat is delivered pre-cut on a roll. The seamless design prevents litter from accumulating under the mat.

The mats are all DLG tested. They are characterized by wear resistance and longevity. The knobs provide additional elasticity of up to 16.2 mm for the 33 mm thick version, which is why this rubber mat is significantly more comfortable than a standard rubber mat without knobs.
