Whether animal traffic, milking process or milk transport, the T8900 milking parlor is designed for efficient processes and maximum performance. You milk medium to large herds in 32-120 places with an outstanding ratio of labor input to milk yield. Without exception, all components are designed for maximum service life and maximum reliability for 24/7 operation. Let yourself be convinced by unbridled performance!
The workplace at the milking parlor is perfectly organized. Every move is perfect: a clear view, free access to the udder and ergonomically positioned attachment arms and milking clusters. In a few seconds the animals run into the free milking place. With smooth surfaces and curves, the particularly low cabinets are perfect for the cow's anatomy. For a high level of milking comfort, thanks to the positioning arm, which is free of leverage, the milking cluster can be positioned individually for the udder. Round after round, the animals remain relaxed. Get the best conditions for maximum throughput with the DairyRotor T8900!
With the T8900, everything interacts at high speed via the network: the innovative GEA DairyMilk M6330 carousel control enables process visualization and monitoring in real time. Milking station occupancy, animal data and current milking results are available on the touchscreen within sight of the milker. ID systems recognize the animal as it enters the milking parlor. In the background, the milking station control and automatic milk flow-controlled collection take over the milking management.
The slightly sloping deck drains water and dirt away from the milker towards the gutter in the middle. A generous splash guard protects the milking technology and the interior from spray mist. After automatic removal, the automatic intermediate disinfection prepares the milking cluster for the next gentle milking process. Rely on clean hygiene!
With the T8900 you invest in high reliability. High-quality, operationally safe materials and the extremely robust design ensure the milking parlor has the longest running times. By choosing the milking station position (75°/90°) and the access (V-shaped/parallel) you can adapt the system design to your individual ideas. You choose the milking technology components from the perfectly coordinated GEA range to suit your budget. Realize your ideal system concept for milking times without downtime!
